- Send out an e-mail to everyone in the office so they’re prepared to welcome a new employee.
- Create File and Collect Documents
- Add contact information on ERP.
- Prepare the employee’s workstation.
- Add to Payroll
- Set up the computer or laptop.
- Configure the new employee’s e-mail accounts.
- Provide guides for any necessary software he or she will be using.
- Setup google talk on the phone
- Walkthrough of meeting invites in outlook and alerts on the phone
